Of Vampires, Werewolves, And Cullens

I promised myself that I will be hitting the sack at 2am maximum. I have to wake up early to attend to duties and responsibilities. The reward I gave myself for working hard the whole day was to read the rest of the Twilight novels. But since I was nearing the end, I just could not go to sleep knowing that something exciting’s gonna happen with the story.

I didn’t think I would get this ‘high’ on vampires and the whole story. But maybe the story was just good. Well, more than good because I wouldn’t be sacrificing my sleep time just to know what happens. It all happened when I watched the movie. And everything came tumbling after. Just like Jill, tumbling after Jack. I know. It doesn’t make any sense but I don’t care.

Thanks to a former colleague, Cathy, she gave me copies of the four novels in the Twilight series. I know many of you have been dying to know about what happens after Twilight so let me just tell you that everything is just so right. For two weeks, my free time meant reading through these books. And I’m now done with all of them. That’s sadness because no more Bella and Edward Cullen stories. But a resounding ‘Yey!’ because that means no more distractions from sleep.

With all that, I think I may just wanna be friends with vampires and werewolves/shapeshifters. Oh what exciting lives they live. :)
